Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your EKO Home account and select the order you wish to return, or contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly instructions, and protective padding are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our team to the exterior of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
